Sales & Solutions GmbH (SSG) is a sales company of EnBW for the business-to-business sector and operates a CRM system based on update.CRM. SSG wants to modify the existing CRM system, especially with regard to customer and contract structures. Within the framework of the project, FIT supports SSG in the required individualization of the CRM system used. This includes the analysis of the actual system, the preparation of a specification and in particular the expression of a m: n relationship between contract / offer and delivery point with regard to data model, functions and interface.
