To increase customer added value, Fichtner IT Consulting is currently supporting MEDIA Central in developing an intuitive web application that gives customers a nonstop, 360° view of their operational media business. Fed by expert tools from the areas of order management, quality management and geomarketing, the threads finally come together in the Business Intelligence area, where they produce cartographic overviews and KPIs for customer-specific retrieval in the "customer cockpit". Customers can view currently valid brochure distribution areas and track their development. In addition, customers can track delivery complaints, monitor forecasts of media spending or simply take a look at the structure of their branch catchment areas, the location of their target group or their most relevant competitors. In the future, the customer cockpit will raise the already high degree of customer orientation to a new level, promote interaction and exchange, and offer customers high utility value.
