Training coordination at the VSE Group for the introduction of S/4 HANA as a group-wide standard in the E.ON Group, VSE, Saarbrücken, Germany

VSE AG, founded in Saarbrücken in 1912, operates together with its partners in the fields of electricity, gas and water, telecommunications, energy services and technical services as well as energy data and meter services. Fichtner IT Consulting GmbH managed the training coordination sub-project for the EAM & S/4U templates based on S/4 HANA as an E.ON-wide standard solution. Including the peripheral systems affected at the VSE Group, the project focused on the operational grid processes (grid construction, maintenance) and the commercial processes in order to harmonize the processes and standardize the data models.
