The project aim is to modernize and harmonize the IT landscape of the power utility ‘Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Schaffhausen AG (EKS)’ against the background of market-driven and statutory requirements of the organization and the IT environment. Fichtner IT Consulting undertakes project management and coordination while providing EKS with consultancy support for the sub-projects.
