Developers who support 1st and 2nd level support:

Our recently established maintenance and support team provides organizational support for the project teams in the event of failure reports from customers. The support is provided by experienced developers who are also actively involved in IT projects and keep their project and IT knowledge up to date. We are looking for people who enjoy the implementation as much as working in a communicative maintenance and support team. The maintenance activity is currently limited to communication within the company-wide project teams, but will be expanded in the future with communication to the customer.

Task description

in the internal maintenance and support team

  • Immediate classification of customer malfunction reports
  • Creation of meaningful support tickets and their tracking via a ticket system
  • Support in documenting solution processes
  • Communication with employees and prospectively also with customers

Knowledge of at least one of the following areas is also required:

  • Oracle APEX and PL/SQL development
  • Software development with Java or another object-oriented programming language, Javascript frameworks, HTML
  • Microsoft 365 (e. g. MS Teams, Sharepoint, C #, MS SQL Server, database systems)
  • Knowledge of the technical architecture of web applications and apps


  • completed vocational training in IT
  • Experience in the IT service desk environment
  • Willingness to work shifts until 6 p. m. (no weekends/public holidays)

Knowledge of languages

  • German (level C1)
  • English (level B1)
